Protein kinase with a significantly reduced C(a2+)/CAMaffinity and dependence compared to other members of the CaMKfamily. May play a role in the down-regulation of CRE-dependentgene activation probably by phosphorylation of the CREBcoactivator CRTC2/TORC2 and the resulting retention of TORC2 inthe cytoplasm (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}. Sulfotransferase that catalyzes the transfer of sulfateto the position 2 of uronyl residues. Has mainly activity towardiduronyl residues in dermatan sulfate, and weaker activity towardglucuronyl residues of chondroitin sulfate. Has no activity towarddesulfated N-resulfated heparin.
