Inhibits PAK2 proteolytic fragment PAK-2p34 kinaseactivity and changes its localization from the nucleus to theperinuclear region. Stabilizes PAK-2p34 thereby increasingstimulation of cell death (By similarity). {ECO:0000250,ECO:0000269|PubMed:11432776}.
