Angiogenesis inhibitor. Inhibits migration,proliferation and network formation by endothelial cells as wellas angiogenesis. In camptothecin-treated MCF-7cells, regulates NF-kappa-B upstream signaling by activatingIKBKB, and confers protection against DNA damage-inducedapoptosis.
