Receptor for TNFSF13/APRIL and TNFSF13B/TALL1/BAFF/BLYSthat binds both ligands with similar high affinity. Mediatescalcineurin-dependent activation of NF-AT, as well as activationof NF-kappa-B and AP-1. Targets myosin phosphatase to the actin cytoskeleton.Required for the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton by RhoA andROCK1.
