Overexpression of SNX15 disrupts the normaltrafficking of proteins from the plasma membrane to recyclingendosomes or the TGN. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:11085978}. NAALADase-like activity unknown. Has no NAAG hydrolyzingactivity. Exhibits a dipeptidyl-peptidase IV type activity. Invitro, cleaves Gly-Pro-AMC (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}.
