PAK3 | SH2D1A |
Cytoplasmic adapter regulating receptors of thesignaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family such asSLAMF1, CD244, LY9, CD84, SLAMF6 and SLAMF7. In SLAM signalingseems to cooperate with SH2D1B/EAT-2. Initially it has beenproposed that association with SLAMF1 prevents SLAMF1 binding toinhibitory effectors including INPP5D/SHIP1 and PTPN11/SHP-2(PubMed:11806999). However, by simultaneous interactions, recruitsFYN which subsequently phosphorylates and activates SLAMF1(PubMed:12458214). Positively regulates CD244/2B4- and CD84-mediated natural killer (NK) cell functions. Can also promoteCD48-, SLAMF6 -, LY9-, and SLAMF7-mediated NK cell activation. Inthe context of NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity enhances conjugateformation with target cells (By similarity). May also regulate theactivity of the neurotrophin receptors NTRK1, NTRK2 and NTRK3.{ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:O88890, ECO:0000269|PubMed:11806999,ECO:0000269|PubMed:12458214, ECO:0000305|PubMed:21219180}. |
Retention analysis result of each fusion partner protein across 39 protein features of UniProt such as six molecule processing features, 13 region features, four site features, six amino acid modification features, two natural variation features, five experimental info features, and 3 secondary structure features. Here, because of limited space for viewing, we only show the protein feature retention information belong to the 13 regional features. All retention annotation result can be downloaded at . * Minus value of BPloci means that the break pointn is located before the CDS. |
