Acts as a transcriptional coactivator for NOTCHproteins. Has been shown to amplify NOTCH-induced transcription ofHES1. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:12370315, ECO:0000269|PubMed:12386158}. GTPase required for the XPO1/CRM1-mediated nuclearexport of the 60S ribosomal subunit.
