The molecules include the genome level (somatic mutation, single-nucleotide polymorphisms), epigenome level (DNA methylation), transcriptome level (coding gene, lncRNA, miRNA, exon skipping events, and RNA editing events), and proteome level (protein). 2. Differential analysis in SexAnnoDB Sex-biased Molecules: The Molecules show differential expression between female and male in tumor tissues and don't show differential expression in normal tissues. Male specific differential molecules: The Molecules show differential expression between tumor and normal in male patients and don't show differential expression in female patients. Female specific differential molecules: The Molecules show differential expression between tumor and normal in female patients and don't show differential expression in male patients. 3. Sex-biased regulation in SexAnnoDB Sex-biased TF-Gene network: Sex-biased transcript factor-gene regulations network. Sex-biased RBP-ES network: Sex-biased RNA binding protein-exon skipping events regulations network. Sex-biased CeRNA regulation: Sex-biased competing endogenous RNA regulations(miRNA-lncRNA-mRNA). Sex-biased eQTL regulation: Sex-biased expression quantitative trait loci. Sex-biased sQTL regulation: Sex-biased splicing quantitative trait loci. Sex-biased eQTM regulation:Sex-biased expression quantitative trait methylation. Sex-biased sQTM regulation: Sex-biased splicing quantitative trait methylation. 4.
