Overview of FusionGDB- 14,910 genes (14,943 UniProt Accessions) involved in 43,895 unique FGs.
- ORF analysis resulted 43,895 FGs with fusion ORF annotation based on GENCODE (GRCh37.p13) model.
- Of these, 9,859 FGs were in-frame translocation events.
- On the other hand, there were 11,129 frame-shift translocation events.
