Negatively regulates the formation of synaptic vesicleclustering at active zone to the presynaptic membrane inpostmitotic neurons. Positively regulates a late step inexocytosis of various cytoplasmic vesicles, such as synapticvesicles and other secretory vesicles. Also involved in mast cellexocytosis (By similarity). {ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:P84086,ECO:0000250|UniProtKB:P84088}. Seems to have a role in retrograde membrane traffic atthe level of the Golgi complex. May function in retrogradetransport in neuronal cells. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:17707369}.
