CHTF18 | RHOT2 |
Chromosome cohesion factor involved in sister chromatidcohesion and fidelity of chromosome transmission. Component of oneof the cell nuclear antigen loader complexes, CTF18-replicationfactor C (CTF18-RFC), which consists of CTF18, CTF8, DCC1, RFC2,RFC3, RFC4 and RFC5. The CTF18-RFC complex binds to single-stranded and primed DNAs and has weak ATPase activity that isstimulated by the presence of primed DNA, replication protein A(RPA) and by proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). The CTF18-RFC complex catalyzes the ATP-dependent loading of PCNA ontoprimed and gapped DNA. It also interacts with and stimulates DNApolymerase POLH. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:12766176,ECO:0000269|PubMed:12930902, ECO:0000269|PubMed:17545166}. | Mitochondrial GTPase involved in mitochondrialtrafficking. Probably involved in control of anterograde transportof mitochondria and their subcellular distribution (Bysimilarity). {ECO:0000250, ECO:0000269|PubMed:16630562}. |
Retention analysis result of each fusion partner protein across 39 protein features of UniProt such as six molecule processing features, 13 region features, four site features, six amino acid modification features, two natural variation features, five experimental info features, and 3 secondary structure features. Here, because of limited space for viewing, we only show the protein feature retention information belong to the 13 regional features. All retention annotation result can be downloaded at . * Minus value of BPloci means that the break pointn is located before the CDS. |
