Lectin that binds to various sugars: galactose > mannose= fucose > N-acetylglucosamine > N-acetylgalactosamine(PubMed:10224141). Part of the WAVE complex that regulates lamellipodiaformation. The WAVE complex regulates actin filamentreorganization via its interaction with the Arp2/3 complex.
