Involved in nuclear movement during fibroblastpolarization and migration. Proposed to be involved in actin-dependent nuclear movement via association with transmembraneactin-associated nuclear (TAN) lines which are bound to F-actincables and couple the nucleus to retrograde actin flow (Bysimilarity).
