Involved in the development of thecerebellar and hippocampal granular neurons, neurons in thebasolateral nucleus of amygdala and the hypothalamic-pituitaryaxis. Associates with chromatin to the DPYSL3 E box-containingpromoter (By similarity). {ECO:0000250}.
