Metalloreductase that has the ability to reduce bothFe(3+) to Fe(2+) and Cu(2+) to Cu(1+). Uses NAD(+) as acceptor (Bysimilarity). {ECO:0000250}. Component of the coat protein complex II (COPII) whichpromotes the formation of transport vesicles from the endoplasmicreticulum (ER).
