May be involved in B-cell and macrophage adhesionprocesses. In B-cells, may act by coupling the B-cell receptor(BCR) to integrin activation. Plays arole in osteoclastogenesis (OCG) and actin cytoskeletalorganization in osteoclasts (By similarity). Regulates chondrocyteproliferation and differentiation (By similarity). Inhibits cellproliferation and tumorigenesis.
