Inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPaseactivity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them intotheir inactive GDP-bound form. Binds selectively to G(z)-alpha andG(alpha)-i2 subunits, accelerates their GTPase activity andregulates their signaling activities.
