Inhibits protein phosphatase 1 activity towardphosphorylase, myosin light chain and myosin substrates.{ECO:0000250}. Riboflavin transporter. Riboflavin transport is Na(+)-independent but moderately pH-sensitive. Activity is stronglyinhibited by riboflavin analogs, such as lumiflavin.
