Binds to activated (phosphorylated) protein-tyrosinekinases through its SH2 domain and regulates their kinaseactivity. During insulin stimulation, it also binds to IRS-1. Retinol dehydrogenase with a clear preference for NADP.Converts all-trans-retinol to all-trans-retinal.
