Proposed core component of the chromatin remodelingINO80 complex which is involved in transcriptional regulation, DNAreplication and probably DNA repair. Plays an essential role in oncogenic transformation byMYC and also modulates transcriptional activation by theLEF1/TCF1-CTNNB1 complex. May also inhibit the transcriptionalactivity of ATF2.
