Regulates the transcriptionalnetworks during embryonic stem cell self-renewal anddifferentiation. Promotes recruitment of the PRC2 complex to theinactive X chromosome in differentiating XX ES cells and PRC2recruitment to target genes in undifferentiated ES cells.
