Required for nuclear and mitochondrial iron-sulfurprotein biosynthesis. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:17331979,ECO:0000269|PubMed:19454487}. Is responsible for the charging of tRNA(Phe) withphenylalanine in mitochondrial translation.
