Acts downstream of Wnt ligands andupstream of beta-catenin (CTNNB1). Required for canonical Wntsignaling pathway during patterning in the dorsal spinal cord bypromoting the aggregation of Disheveled (Dvl) complexes, therebyclustering and formation of Wnt receptor signalosomes andpotentiating Wnt activity. During dorsal patterning of the spinalcord, inhibits oligodendrocytes differentiation via interactionwith PIP5K1A.
