Integrin alpha-9/beta-1 (ITGA9:ITGB1) is a receptor forVCAM1, cytotactin and osteopontin. It recognizes the sequence A-E-I-D-G-I-E-L in cytotactin. {ECO:0000250}. Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membranerespiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believednot to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in thetransfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. Theimmediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to beubiquinone. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:27626371}.
