Acts as a GDP-dissociation stimulator protein that stimulates the GDP-GTPexchange activity of RHO-like GTPases and activates them. Involved in lamellipodial formation andadvancement of the growth cone of embryonic hippocampal neurons.Promotes migration of neurons in the cerebral cortex.
