Anchoring protein that mediates the subcellularcompartmentation of cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA type II)(PubMed:9473338). Acts as an anchor for a PKA-signaling complexonto mitotic chromosomes, which is required for maintenance ofchromosomes in a condensed form throughout mitosis.
