Binds to type II regulatory subunits of protein kinase Aand anchors/targets them to the nuclear membrane or sarcoplasmicreticulum. May act as an adapter for assembling multiproteincomplexes. Stimulates the activity of serine palmitoyltransferase(SPT). The composition of the serine palmitoyltransferase (SPT)complex determines the substrate preference.
