DYNC1H1 | ATP1A2 |
Cytoplasmic dynein 1 acts as a motor for theintracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles alongmicrotubules. Dynein has ATPase activity; the force-producingpower stroke is thought to occur on release of ADP. Plays a rolein mitotic spindle assembly and metaphase plate congression(PubMed:27462074). {ECO:0000269|PubMed:27462074}. | This is the catalytic component of the active enzyme, which catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange ofsodium and potassium ions across the plasma membrane. This actioncreates the electrochemical gradient of sodium and potassium, providing the energy for active transport of various nutrients. |
Retention analysis result of each fusion partner protein across 39 protein features of UniProt such as six molecule processing features, 13 region features, four site features, six amino acid modification features, two natural variation features, five experimental info features, and 3 secondary structure features. Here, because of limited space for viewing, we only show the protein feature retention information belong to the 13 regional features. All retention annotation result can be downloaded at . * Minus value of BPloci means that the break pointn is located before the CDS. |
